Allen C. Erwin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong background in behavior assessment, staff training, and organizational behavior management. He holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis and is currently completing his M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida. 

His professional experience includes developing behavior plans and intervention strategies, conducting assessments such as the VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, and AFLS, training staff on clinical protocols, creating data‑tracking systems, and supporting operational improvements across clinical environments.

Allen is skilled in SPSS, Microsoft Office applications, and project organization, and his professional interests include improving workplace performance, applying ABA within organizational systems, and advancing evidence‑based training programs for educators and clinicians.
