Kristen Carey, BCBA, is an experienced youth development and education professional with a strong background in leading large‑scale children’s programs, training staff and volunteers, and creating engaging learning environments. She has directed after‑school programs serving up to 350 students, developed curriculum supporting STEM, social‑emotional learning, and disguised learning, and managed teams in both nonprofit and school district settings. Kristen’s career also includes leadership roles in customer‑facing industries, where she strengthened her skills in communication, service excellence, and team development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
