Dr. Philip Erb
BCBA-D & Regional Director
Dr. Philip Erb earned his Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from the University of Florida, his M.A. in Psychological Sciences, and B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University in Virginia. He has taught graduate and undergraduate level courses in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, and Statistics and Measurement and has conducted both basic and applied research. He has several years of experience providing applied behavior analysis services to individuals with a variety of developmental disabilities in home and clinic settings.

Several of Dr. Erb’s main areas of interest are teaching functional communication skills to individuals with autism, behavioral interventions for addiction, and decision-making processes. Prior to joining FSBA, Dr. Erb established and developed new clinic sites in the state of Oregon as a Clinical Director for the Center for Autism and Related Disorders.

He is currently Regional Director of Clinical Services for Tampa and Hillsborough County with Full Spectrum Behavior Analysis (FSBA). Throughout his graduate training, he has published a number of articles in peer-reviewed journals, and presented at state and national conferences.
